This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit the Vencur website or submit a request through the demo form.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information from a demo request to respond and take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical data needed to operate and secure the website may be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Demo form data and retention

We use the information only to handle your enquiry and prepare for a possible collaboration. Demo requests are normally deleted within 12 months, unless legal retention duties or an ongoing business relationship require otherwise. Applicant data in the future software will be covered by its applicable terms.

Hosting and recipients

The website and PostgreSQL database are provided through Replit. Twilio SendGrid is used for email notifications only if enabled; only the request details needed for the notification are shared. Storage and processing locations depend on selected regions and each provider’s terms and should be checked before launch.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party trackers.

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, request portability and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise your rights.
