Vencur is an AI company from South Tyrol, Italy. It builds the environments where AI agents learn real operations work: rosters, payroll, labour law and planning. Every task has a provably correct answer, so every reward is exact.
Why we exist
Models learn what they are fed. For real work, that means messy inputs, strict rules and results that can be checked. We build that data.
Where we are
Vencur is a young company. OpsDesk-Care is the first live world and five more are planned. Vencur Motion, first-person video of real work for robot learning, is in its pilot phase.
Founder
Vencur was founded by Gabriel Höller in South Tyrol, Italy. Gabriel builds software for businesses and now builds the data that AI agents and robots need to do real work.
