Visiting this website
When you open a page, our hosting provider processes the technical data your browser sends (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the page and keep the service secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure, working website. We do not use this data to identify you.
Our server writes one short log line per page request: the time, the page, the status code, the domain of the referring website or the source name passed in the link (utm_source), and, for known search and AI crawlers, the crawler's name. We do not store IP addresses in this log.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. It stores one setting in your browser, whether you paused the motion. That setting never leaves your device.
Requests through the contact form
What we process: your name, email address, company and role (if you give them), your interest, your message, the page language, and a one-way hash of your browser identification, which helps us block abuse.
Why: to answer your request and, if you ask for it, to send you a sample or discuss a project with you.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering you).
Contributor sign-ups
What we process: your name, email address, country or region, type of work, languages, whether you have an action camera or head mount, hours per week, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and the time and version of your consent.
Why: to contact you about paid recording jobs in the Vencur Motion pilot.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, for example by email to info@getvencur.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.
How long we keep data
Requests: 24 months after we receive them.
Contributor sign-ups: until you withdraw your consent, or after 12 months without activity.
Records past these periods are deleted in a regular deletion run.
Processors and transfers outside the EU
Hosting and database: Replit, Inc., USA. Email notifications about new requests: Resend, Inc., USA (sending from the EU region).
Where a provider processes data outside the EU, the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) or, where the provider is certified, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the authority where you live or work.
To use your rights, write to info@getvencur.com.
