Why we are building Vencur

Vencur began with a practical question about AI interviews and work in tourism and care: how can a small team reach every applicant in time when nobody is free to call?

From an AI interview to the realities of hiring

The starting point was an AI interview with Mercor. It showed that a digital conversation can happen outside conventional office hours. The more important question was whether that kind of flow could help employers who hire many people while their teams are busy serving customers or covering shifts.

The pressure is easy to see in tourism and care: shifts are underway, a seasonal opening date is close and applicants may speak different languages. Vencur is intended to make the first contact easier without taking the hiring decision away from people.

A multilingual origin, a European ambition

Vencur was founded in 2026 in Naturns, South Tyrol. The region is where the idea started and an early pilot market, not the product’s boundary. Replivo Systems is developing Vencur for teams across Europe that hire repeatedly at volume.

Founder Gabriel Höller is building Vencur as an early-stage product. The platform is in pilot development; there are no invented customer quotes or published success rates.

A vision, not today’s feature list

The longer-term vision is a digital people office that could support the journey from first application to interview and a seasonal worker’s return. Today, pilot development is focused on multilingual first interviews and clear reports. Onboarding and retention remain future ideas.
