What happens in a conversation
Before you begin, you should be told that AI is involved and why the conversation is taking place. You may answer questions about the role, such as experience or availability. A pilot may test more than one language; the employer will tell you which language is available.
Your answers are summarised for the responsible team. If a report is used, it should make important statements traceable with quotes. A person reviews the information and decides what happens next.
What information may be used
Depending on the pilot, this may include contact details, interview answers and information about your application. The employer decides why it is needed. Questions that are unnecessary or not allowed for the role do not belong in the conversation.
- You can ask the employer which information is stored.
- You can request access or deletion where data protection law gives you that right.
- Vencur does not analyse faces or emotions and does not automatically reject applicants.
Questions, rights and contact
Start by contacting the employer you applied to. They can explain why your information is used and how long it is kept. If you are not sure who to contact, you can reach Replivo Systems; we will help direct your request to the right place.
Frequently asked questions
Who decides whether I get the job?
The employer decides. Vencur is intended to organise information for the team, not make an automatic selection or rejection.
Do I have to speak with AI?
You should be told in advance that AI is involved. Ask the employer for another contact route if you do not want to take part.
How can I see or delete my information?
Contact the employer you applied to. In the intended workflow, they are responsible for your applicant data.
Will my face or emotions be analysed?
No. Video, face and emotion analysis are not part of Vencur.
