Pilot phase

One platform for the first step in hiring

Vencur is building multilingual first interviews for teams that hire at volume. Applicants should be heard sooner, while the hiring team receives structured information and keeps every decision in human hands.

What the platform covers today

The pilot is focused on the first conversation: questions tied to a role, answers in an applicant’s language and a clear summary for the team. This is not a finished end-to-end hiring system. It does not replace a person-to-person conversation or the judgment of the responsible hiring manager.

  • Multilingual first interviews are in pilot development.
  • Structured candidate reports are being developed to make answers easier to review.
  • Scheduling and integrations are planned, not generally available.

Built for teams with a steady flow of applicants

Applications often arrive after a shift, on a Sunday or just before a busy season. A small HR team cannot always call each person right away. Vencur is intended to make that first step more dependable without reducing people to a score. Employers choose role-related questions; discriminatory or inappropriate questions do not belong in the process.

The pilot is for employers who hire repeatedly and want to improve the way they respond. Together, we will test whether the conversation, report and hand-off help in day-to-day work.

Clear status, not inflated promises

Vencur is in a pilot phase. Each feature page says whether a capability is in pilot development, coming soon or only planned. Product visuals and sample conversations show a concept; they are not a live customer account or real applicant data.
