Planned

Integrations only when they improve the workflow

Integrations are planned for Vencur and are not available today. First we need to know which hand-off saves employers time, what data it needs and how a human review stays in place.

Which hand-offs might be useful

Hiring teams often work across calendars, applicant systems and email. A connection can avoid duplicate entry, but it can also send data to another service. A row of logos is not proof that a finished or secure integration exists.

The pilot will help identify the hand-offs teams actually need, such as a report for review or an interview time after a person has checked the information. No calendar or HR-system integrations are confirmed today.

Security before convenience

Any future connection needs defined scope, access rights, retention and error handling. An integration must not trigger automatic rejection or pass applicant data along without a clear purpose.

  • Transfer only the data needed for the task.
  • Make employer permissions understandable.
  • Detect outages and provide a manual alternative.

Status: planned

Until a specific connection has been reviewed and documented, its status remains “Planned.” Pilot teams can tell us which tools they use; that feedback is not a promise to build a particular integration.

Frequently asked questions

Which integrations work today?

There are no generally available integrations yet. The capability is planned.

Will Vencur connect to my calendar?

A calendar connection is not confirmed. It would need technical and privacy review before being promised.

Can I suggest a system?

Yes. Pilot teams can describe their current tools and hand-offs. That helps with priorities but does not guarantee a specific build.

Will applicant data be forwarded automatically?

Not as a current feature. Any future connection must have a clear purpose, limited data and human oversight.
