Choose the situation taking time from your team
Sometimes the pressure begins weeks before a season. Sometimes an application arrives at 10 pm. And sometimes a former seasonal worker is already somewhere else, even though they would have liked to return. Each page describes one problem, a possible workflow and the limits of what Vencur can do today.
One clear first step
Each use case starts with a clear role description and a small set of relevant questions. Applicants should know when they are speaking with AI and how their answers may be used. The employer reviews the information and decides whether to invite the person to a human interview. Vencur is in its pilot phase; these workflows do not mean every feature is ready.
Multilingual first interviews are in development. Scheduling and reminders are planned. Return campaigns that ask former seasonal workers in their language about returning, a start date and accommodation are coming soon, not generally available.
First contact is not an automated selection
These workflows are intended to make information easier to understand and review. They should not sort people by origin, emotion or an unexplained score. The employer remains responsible for appropriate questions, reviewing answers and making the hiring decision.
Examples on these pages are labelled fictional. They do not contain real applicant data, customer outcomes or success rates. The pilot will help test which hand-offs actually fit into daily work.
