Planned

Move from a good first conversation to a real meeting

Interview scheduling is planned for Vencur. The goal is a clear hand-off after a person reviews the first interview; automatic invitations are not a current product feature.

Why scheduling can stall

After a promising first conversation, the next step is often a chain of missed calls, shift changes and calendar gaps. Applicants may only be reachable while they are already at work. A simple way to offer times could save both sides effort if it is reliable and easy to understand.

This capability is planned for Vencur. For now, the team should review the interview information and contact applicants directly. We are not claiming a live calendar connection or confirmed booking flow.

The intended hand-off

  1. A responsible person reviews the report and decides whether a conversation makes sense.
  2. The team shares available times or a preferred contact route.
  3. The applicant chooses a time, and the confirmation is clear to both sides.

Before launch, the workflow must be tested with real calendars, time zones, cancellations and changing shifts.

A human review comes first

A meeting slot is not a verdict on a person. The team should review the information before sending an invitation. The pilot will help us learn which hand-off is useful to small HR teams.

Frequently asked questions

Can Vencur book interviews today?

No. Scheduling is planned and is not generally available.

Will Vencur send an invitation automatically?

That is not the current feature status. A responsible person should review the report and decide whether to invite the applicant.

Which calendars will work with Vencur?

There are no confirmed calendar integrations yet. That will be decided after technical review and pilot feedback.

What happens in the meantime?

The team contacts the applicant and agrees on a time. Vencur is currently focused on organising information for that decision.
