Setup a small hiring team can handle

Vencur is intended to be set up by a small recruiting team without a long implementation project. The pilot will test the workflow; a fixed setup time is not a guaranteed outcome.

The intended first steps

An employer should be able to begin with one specific role, not a months-long systems project. The planned flow starts with the work, schedule and necessary requirements. The team then reviews questions and notices before applicants receive a link.

  1. Describe the role and choose relevant questions.
  2. Review the language and applicant notice.
  3. Run a test with fictional data.
  4. Collect pilot feedback and adjust the workflow.

What a good setup requires

A team needs an accountable contact, clear role requirements and a plan for questions or service interruptions. Vencur should not silently decide which questions are suitable or relevant for a job.

Self-service is a product goal, not a claim that every feature is finished. Pilot teams will get help when a step is not yet clear enough to complete on their own.

Validate the workflow in a pilot

Employers with recurring hiring needs can test the planned flow with us. Their feedback will show which settings make sense and where the product needs a clearer explanation.

Frequently asked questions

Does setup really take ten minutes?

That is a product goal, not a guaranteed setup time. The pilot will show how long employers actually need.

Will my team need technical help?

The workflow is intended to be clear for small teams. During the pilot, we will help where a step is not yet self-explanatory.

Can I start with real applicants right away?

Only if your organisation is selected for a pilot and the specific workflow is approved. The platform is still in pilot development.

What should my team prepare?

One role, its requirements, a responsible contact and the information applicants should see before the conversation.
